These kits come in two different styles:

Turbocharger Upgrade Kits

This kit is designed for the buyer who's car comes from the factory with a turbocharger. These turbo kits provide up-sized turbochargers, and some feature stainless steel (SUS) header manifolds and external wastegates. GReddy makes Turbocharger Upgrade Kits for these applications:

  • Toyota MR-2 Turbo (90-96) and Supra Turbo (87-92 and 93-97)
  • Nissan 300ZX T/T (90-96)
  • Mazda RX-7 Turbo (87-88, 89-92, and 93-96)
  • Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 (90-96)
  • Mitsubishi Eclipse GST/GSX (95-97) and Evolution 7/8
  • Subaru Impreza WRX (02-on)
  • VW Golf IV (98-05), Jetta (98-05 and 06-on), Beetle (98-05), Golf (06-on)

Bolt-On Turbo Kits

These kits are provide the non-turbocharged car owner with the opportunity to turbocharge his or her ride. Even imaginable detail has been addressed to allow a complete installation. Each includes the manifold, fuel control devices, and all accessories required. Many even include the GReddy E-Manage and upsized fuel injectors. GReddy makes Bolt-On Turbo Kits for these applications:

When I first got my MR2 Turbo, I was on top of the world. I though that nothing could touch me. Then one night, at a traffic light on the south side of town, this guy in a 240SX pulls up next to me. I figure, "no problem." Boy, was I surprised when this guy smokes me like a cheap cigar. In that car? No way! The next day I called Alamo and asked them what they could do for me. Their sales tech told me there were 3 levels of GReddy turbo kit upgrades for my MR2. "Give me the biggest turbo kit you've got!" I said. 3 days later FedEx shows up with my T-78. Holy Mackeral!
