Spirited driving causes higher engine temperatures. The factory oil cooler is normally a small water-cooled device sandwiched between the oil filter and engine block. This taxes the cooling system for the engine. GReddy offers a better way of keeping the oil temperatures at proper levels while allowing the coolant to work on the water jackets. It also includes convenient places for oil pressure and oil temperature sensor installation. |
