That's right--Alpine Developments has ceased operations in the US. Great product, but some issues in the execution of the business plan. However, we still get tremendous demand for these kits so we went right to the source: LC Engineering! LC was the ones making the supercharger kits for Alpine, particularly for the Toyota. Actually, in their last days here in the US, Apline actually co-habitated with LC in order to reduce expenses. Of course, we already knew LC from our old Toyota racing days (we still run one of their 22R race engines in our E-Production Celica) so we knew they were solid.
LC has extended their entire Toyota supercharge kit line to us. This means we now have not only the 2RZ/3RZ supercharger kits that were produced for Alpine but also the formidable 22R Supercharger Kit. Awesome! Alpine Developments now offers the 2.4 liter Toyota Supercharger system originally manufactured by Alpine for TRD. Our Supercharger kits for 1995-1999 Tacoma's offer a 4-psi boost pulley. With this bolt on kit you will receive all hardware required to achieve an approximate 30-35% horsepower gain on your stock configured engine.
Our Supercharger kits for all 2000 and newer come complete with 8-psi pulley, pre-programmed piggyback ECU and additional 5th injector. With this bolt on kit you will receive all hardware required to achieve an approximate 45-50% horsepower gain on your stock configured engine.
All Alpine systems come complete with full installation instructions and are recommended to run on premium-unleaded gasoline.
