FJO Racing Products is very pleased to offer a stand-alone low impedance injector driver. This product allows the use of low impedance injectors with ECUs designed for high impedance injectors only.

The LOW IMPEDANCE INJECTOR DRIVER accurately reproduces the ECU’s injector pulses in a PEAK & HOLD format and is compatible with full sequential, phase sequential, and batch fired injector pulses. There are no special set-up requirements and it installs easily between the ECU and injectors. This product can be used singly or in multiples for any number of cylinders or injector channels.

The LOW IMPEDANCE INJECTOR DRIVER is built for the racing environment to withstand heat, vibration, dirt and water. It is designed to operate over the temperature range from -40° to +185° Fahrenheit (-40° to +85° Celsius).

Siemens DEKA I Fuel Injectors

The Siemens DEKA I fuel injector is a fantastic low-impedance fuel injector modeled after the Bosch EV1-style injector. It has a pencil spray pattern, uses the Bosch EV1 (Minitimer) connector, and has approximately 2.35 ohms of resistance.

The body is 60mm between the top and bottom o-ring surfaces. These can generally be used in any application that can accept or be adapted to 60mm between fuel rail and injector inlet mating surfaces. If your stock injector is shorter or taller than 60mm you may need to either add a spacer or shorten the existing spacer so that a good fit is achieved.

The O-Rings that are included are sized for a hole 14mm in diameter. If your fuel rail hole or the hole where your fuel injector is inserted is either larger or smaller than 14mm you will want to get a suitably-sized o-ring to prevent leaks or o-ring damage. The modified version of this injector has had the bottom o-ring retainer removed (approximately 10mm OD) so this injector can fit openings down to about 8mm in diameter. This makes it an idea fit for many different Japanese applications that used the older ND (Nippondenso) injectors, including but not limited to Mitsubishi, Mazda, and some Honda engines.
